Our collective has accomplish a lot together throughout these years: Presidential Memorandums, regional and national meetings, participated in hearings, provided public comments and more.

2022 Newsletter From The Next 100 Coalition
Happy new year from the Next 100 Coalition! As we embark on a new year of collaboration with our esteemed members and allies, our team has prepared a newsletter that highlights some of our programmatic work in the last year and some of the great work that our members accomplished in 2021. Advocating For Funding To Address Our National Park’s Deferred Maintenance
The Next 100 Coalition advocated for Congress to pass the Great American Outdoors Act to address the National Park’s Deferred Maintenance issues. The nearly $12 billion deferred maintenance throughout our national parks pose one of the greatest risks to parks, cultural and historical locations that tell the history and contributions of Black, Indigenous, Latinos, Asian American-Pacific Islander, Women and LGBTQ communities to America.

2018 National Summit: Advancing A Diverse and Inclusive Conservation Movement
The Next 100 Coalition hosted a National Summit on May 4-5, 2018 in Las Vegas, NV convening grassroots and national leaders to discuss and construct a strategic policy agenda that addresses attacks on access and protections of public lands, while growing the diverse partnerships necessary to promote and implement a more equitable and inclusive public lands and conservation system.

Presidential Memorandum — Designation of New National Monuments, Celebrating Public Lands Diversity
Thanks to the advocacy of the Next 100 Coalition members, President Obama signed a presidential memorandum on Promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across our nation’s public lands, forests and waters.
