Next 100 Coalition Launches Shared Values Statement
On July 24, 2018, the Next 100 Coalition launched its Shared Values Statement at the Elevate Conservation: Outdoors for All event in Denver, Colorado. The statement, born from the Coalition’s original vision statement and conversations with partners at the Next 100 National Summit in May 2018, represents our commitment to leading a broad effort among organizations and individuals that believe lands and conservation policies and programs should benefit all of us.
We are grateful to the 35 organizations that have already expressed their agreement with the statement, and we look forward to others joining the effort. Over the coming months, the Next 100 Coalition will partner with these organizations to support state, local, and federal policy efforts to expand the benefits of our great outdoors to all of us; and to spread the message to decision makers, thought leaders, and the general public of our shared commitment to an outdoors for all.
